Architect specialized in Economic Sciences and Public Management. He has been General Director of Architecture and Housing of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Barcelona Metropolitan Transport Authority, as well as President of the International Federation of Urbanism and Housing (IFHP). He is currently a consultant in urban planning and mobility and a professor in postgraduate studies at various universities.
