(Lausanne, 1952), graduated in Philosophy from the Sorbonne, has practiced for thirty years as a journalist for the Agence France-Presse, in Spain, Pakistan, Afghanistan and the Netherlands. He is the author of an essay on Buddhism published by Gallimard in 2011, Les Choses comme elles sont.
