José Mª Riello Velasco Professor, Doctor and Researcher of History and Theory of Art, he teaches at the Autonomous University of Madrid. He participates in various research projects and is the author of books and articles on theory and practice of art in the Modern Age, Diego Velázquez and Andrea Palladio, among many other topics. Collaborator of the Publishing Area of the Prado Museum. He is curator with Javier Docampo of the exhibition El biblioteca del Greco at the Museo del Prado (April, 2014). He has published the books: Sacar de la sombra lumbre. The theory of painting in the Golden Age (1560-1724), in 2011; and edited The Antiquities of Rome, by Andrea Palladio in 2008.
