Rafael Escudero Alday

Born in Madrid in 1969. Professor of Philosophy of Law at the Carlos III University of Madrid. Extraordinary Doctoral Award for this same institution. He has taught at the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies. Professor invited in various Latin American universities, including the University of Havana, the Central American University (headquarters of Managua and San Salvador) and the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Author of Positivism and internal moral law (2000) book, The epithets of legal positivism. The debate on the incorporation of morality (2004) and Divine Intervention.
