Remedios Ávila Crespo

He is Professor of Philosophy in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Granada, where she teaches Metaphysics, Thought nineteenth and Philosophy of passions. He graduated from the Complutense University of Madrid, where he was a professor in the Department of Metaphysics and a Ph.D. with a thesis on Nietzsche. He has participated and collaborated in specialized periodicals Nietzsche, Spinoza, Schopenhauer and Heidegger, and collective work on Apel, Descartes and Gadamer.

His works include: Nietzsche and redemption of Chance (1986), Paul Ricoeur: the ways of interpretation (co-editor with T. Calvo, 1991), Identity and Tragedy (1999), The challenge of nihilism (Trotta, 2005 ) Itineraries nihilism. Nothingness horizon (co-editor with E. Estrada and JA Ruiz, 2009) and looks at the others. Gods, cultures and civilizations (co-editor with E. Ruiz and Jose M. Castillo, 2011).
