In our days, when neither the State nor the market are capable of taking care of natural assets, public services and the free dissemination of knowledge, the Charter of Commons proposes an imaginary constitution, in the style of fueros and public charters, to guarantee the universal access, democratic management, sustainability and inalienability of these goods and services, essential for life.
Composed in three parts, the first presents a story from a past prior to The Letter, curiously similar to the present moment, a story in which men hunched over by fear of the crisis are able to stand up and discover that wealth has not disappeared, rather it is concentrated in a few. These men and women will take the management of life into their own hands and will write the new norms included in the second part: The Charter of the Communals.
