My pop life is the debut book of the series "With background music", by Rhythm & Books. In this work, Mr. González performs an important memory exercise which, supported by a rich iconography, results in a mosaic of personal, generational and musical life, which becomes an interesting testimony about pop culture lived and seen from Latin America.
Mr. González has a long history in national rock. Former member of the emblematic band Botellita de Jerez, he has collaborated with Café Tacvba, Julieta Venegas, Fratta and Monocordio, among many others.
