Alessandro Baricco

Alessandro Baricco (Turin, 1958) has a degree in Philosophy and a diploma in piano. His love of music and literature have made him one of the brightest and most active protagonists on the Italian cultural scene. Writer, essayist, screenwriter, film writer, director and actor, in 1994 he created and founded the Scuola Holden of creative writing, along with three other partners.
