Professor of Education and School in the Faculty of Education at the Complutense University of Madrid. Doctor of Science in Education (1986) from the same university, is also Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. His most recent books are: Technological Development and Education (2010); Practicum and virtual campus (2009) and New technologies in education (2004). He has held various leadership positions, academic coordination and management since 1983 is currently a director and evaluator of different journals and national and international agencies.
