Richard Brennan runs an Alexander Technique teaching center in Galway, Ireland and is the co-founder of the Irish Society of Alexander Technique and the head of the Alexander Teacher Training College.

He began studying the technique in 1983 and currently travels throughout Europe and the United States doing radio and television interviews, giving talks and conducting workshops.
