Jean-Claude Milner (born 1941, Paris). French linguist and philosopher. His areas of specialization are linguistic activity (who studied with Roland Barthes) and psychoanalysis (through teaching and friendship of Jacques Lacan). He is a former president of the Collège international de philosophie and published, among others, The clear work. Lacan, science, philosophy (Spring, 1996); The indistinct names (Spring, 1999); Introducing a science of language (Spring, 2000); The criminal inclinations of democratic Europe (Spring, 2007), and The Jew of knowledge (2008).
