This book attempts to show that the human conscience can and should propose universal ethical goals and the universal realization of justice. This work consists of 4 parts; at first the author explains the difficulties leading moral and cultural relativism and disabilities; in the second it undergoes immanent critique and refute thesis himself; in the third argument of the transcendental ultimate foundation of ethics it is developed to demonstrate the existence of objective moral norms; in the last part the author carries out a critical analysis of various misunderstandings prevalent today than is the universal rational ethics and its foundation
