David Bohm was one of the most outstanding scientists of the 20th century. Einstein's collaborator, he is known worldwide for his work in quantum physics (theory of non-local hidden variables) that gave rise to a new scientific paradigm that calls into question our concept of reality.

With a strong social and political commitment, he had to leave the United States when the courts demanded that he denounce his former comrades in the communist party.
