Nahui Olin Carmen Mondragón, also known as Nahui Olin (1893-1978) is a pioneer of sexual liberation in Mexico. In the first decades of the last millennium she stood out as a poet, artist and model. She broke with patriarchal precepts in her avant-garde poems and prose and in her nudes as an expression of female eroticism. Her plastic work has also earned her universal recognition. She continues to be valid because of her discourse in favor of gender equality and authentic creation.
