Javier Martínez-Pinna is a history teacher, writer and researcher. As a columnist, he has collaborated in the main historical popularization magazines such as Muy Historia, Historia de la Guerra, Vive la Historia and, especially, in Clío and Año Cero-Enigmas. He is the author of Great Hidden Treasures and A Brief History of the Punic Wars (Nowtilus Publishing House), Immortality in Ancient Egypt and Death and Religion in the Ancient World with the Luciérnaga publishing house (Grupo Planeta). He is one of the founding members of Laus Hispaniae. Magazine of History of Spain and, as a disseminator, he has collaborated with different media (ABC-Historia, 20minutos, lugaresconhistoria.com) and on radio programs such as Espacio en Blanco on RNE, La Escóbula de la Brújula, Ágora Historia and Luces in the dark. With Almuzara he has published That Wasn't In My History Book of the Middle Ages and That Wasn't In My Piracy History Book.
