Miguel Morán Turina. Professor of Art History at the Complutense University of Madrid and author, among other books, of 'Collecting in Spain' (with Fernando Checa) and 'The Art of Looking' (with Javier Portús). He is also the author of a large number of works on Diego de Velázquez, most of which have been collected in the book 'Studies on Velázquez', published by this same publishing house.
