Fernanda del Monte

Magister in Playwriting from the University of the Arts, Argentina. She has a degree in Political Science with a specialty in Political Philosophy. (University of the Studies of Torino). His lines of research and creation revolve around contemporary dramaturgical structures and unmarked textualities of the dramatic canon, he investigates performative writing as an intermedial and intertextual artifact that enables creation and research: a cross between poetic writing, human sciences and theater, performance, piece, book formats.

Her texts have appeared published in academic journals such as Karpa Magazine, from the University of Los Angeles, NYU Temporary Magazine in the United States; Theater Research, UV, Mexico, as well as individual and collective publications, anthologies and digital pieces, among which are: mishumores.com, (Digital piece and performative tour), Sobre Ofelia, una flor (Teatro-Zoom), Palabras Escurridas, Reflections of her, Sinistra, The man behind the door. (Dramatic works), Love takes away sleep, Act of love, Meeting with friends, (stories).

She participates as a guest teacher in the Diploma in Art Anthropology of the LATIR Project where she teaches the seminar: Performativity, body and writing. She is Coordinator of Critical Studies of the theater at 17, Instituto de Estudios Crítico. She is a teacher of the subjects of playwriting and narrative, for the degree in New Media, the Specialization in Animation and Code, the Film and TV career and the Master's Degree in Script, at the CENTRO university.

Her texts and her performative works have been presented in Argentina, Chile, Japan, Spain, Costa Rica, Mexico and have been translated into English and French. She has had artist residencies in Argentina supported by Iberescena and in Montreal supported by CALQ. She has been invited to give conferences and seminars in Flacso Argentina, Costa Rica, Colombia in several international and national meetings of dramaturgy, letters and theater. She has several international awards such as the Theatrical Essay (Paso de Gato-Artez) and the Airel of Latin American Theater, York University, Canada. She is currently a member of the National System of Art Creators FONCA. (2019-2022).
