Dr. Bejar is Helena in Sociology from the University of Madrid Complutese Brunel West London. Author of several essays in his specialty, was a visiting professor at the New School for Social Research, Dartmouth College and the Department of Sociology at the University of Berkeley, California. She teaches sociology at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
