Mario Perniola

Professor professor of aesthetics at the University of Rome II (Tor Vergata). Born on May 20, 1941 in Asti (Italy), he is considered as one of the most important figures in contemporary Italian philosophy. Especially noteworthy their analysis theory of art as well as art and contemporary aesthetics. His work is linked to the forefront, the Situationist International, postmodernism, posthumanism and critical theory.
