The three authors gathered here - Meister Eckhart (1260-1328), Angelus Silesius (1624-1677) and Paul Celan (1920-1970) -, despite their distance in time, seem to have the same vocation: to create a language that escapes all interpretative pretension. When we read his poetic texts we can not help but think that no image can be extracted from its writing context without falling apart in its resistance to being translated into concepts. And that's why we read them again and again, hoping that the powerful images that shine behind the writing bodies lose their apparent meaning over time and soon become presences. This reading seeks to create the conditions for an understanding in which meaning and presence do not run in different ways, and in this way contribute to a possible approach to such impossible poetic expression.
