(Puerto de la Cruz, 1897-Los Realejos, 1939) was a collaborator of the most important publications in the Spain of the Republic and organizer of the II International Surrealism Exhibition, whose manifesto he signed with André Breton and Benjamin Péret. His early death, after a long filtering file, contributed to his exclusion from the canon of the generation of '27.
