Aideé Balderas

Degree in Philosophy from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has exhibited his photographs on agricultural rituals, carnival and musicians from the Huasteca in different communities in that region. From 2009 to date she is a producer and host of the radio program Son y Tradicion at the Mexican Institute of Radio on Radio Ciudadana 660 AM. She is a producer and host of the radio series Trovadores y Juglares: the tradition of improvised verse, at IMER, Radio México Internacional. He worked in the Cultural Development Program of the Huasteca in the Ministry of Culture. He has published various articles on popular culture and music in the Milenio and La Jornada newspapers. She has co-edited the supplement La Jornada del Campo in La Jornada. She is the director of the documentary ¡Soy Carnavalero! The Carnival Party in Colatlán. She is executive producer of the son huasteco records of the Trio Colatlán by Don Heraclio Alvarado, Memories of Tradition Vol. 2 and Lacostumbre. Carnival sounds.
