Antonio Bueno Tubía

Antonio Bueno Tubía (Barcelona 1955) has a degree in Philosophy and History and has studied Germanistics and English Philology. He has resided in Australia, the United States and Germany, where he was Professor of Literature and Poetry at the University of Freiburg. He has translated into Castilian numerous authors, mainly German (Edgar Allan Poe, Friedrich Schiller, Georg Trakl, Gottfried Benn, Paul Celan and Nelly Sachs, Hilde Domin, among others). He currently resides in Madrid, where he has collaborated with numerous magazines and newspapers. Among his published poetry books: Berlin Elegy, Ed. Libertarias Prodhufi. Madrid, 1991; Epoch, Ed.
