I was born in Milan, Italy. There he went to school, but spent every summer in Onzo, a small peasant village in the hills of Liguria, wedged between the sea and the mountains. I've always been passionate about browsing and getting to know both the people and the world around me. Perhaps that is why when I grew up I studied linguistics and languages, ancient and modern. Maybe that's why I love being an editor and, from time to time, writing stories and poems about what I see and about my more or less fleeting encounters with any manifestation of life.
