Carlos Oliveira has a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University and an MBA from IESE. He has more than twenty-five years of management experience in top-level multinational companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg's and EVO Banco. In parallel to his managerial career, he was certified as a co-active coach more than 10 years ago. Since then he has worked with more than 500 managers and businessmen, both nationally and internationally. He has developed effective methodologies that help people define their life purpose and career, achieve financial independence, and create a legacy. He is also an independent director, facilitator and trainer in companies and speaker.
