Daniel López del Rincón is a professor in the Department of Art History at the University of Barcelona, where he develops his teaching and research tasks in matters related to contemporary art. His main line of work has focused on the analysis of the relationships between art, biology and technology, within the framework of various research projects linked to the group Arte, Arquitectura y Sociedad Digital, and through stays in Madrid, London, Vienna and Dublin .
