Demián Flores Cortés (Juchitán de Zaragoza, Oaxaca; 1971) is a contemporary Mexican artist who works in different art media. He has worked in graphic arts, painting, screen printing and other works that normally mix images of his childhood in Juchitán with images related to modern Mexico City. He also includes the blending of pop culture imagery with Mexico's iconic past. Much of Flores' work has been associated with two artisan workshops found in Oaxaca called "La Curturía" and the "Gráfica Actual" workshop. This work included events related to the Magisterial Conflict of Oaxaca and the restoration of an 18th century church. His work has been exhibited in the Americas and Europe
