Eduardo de Gortari (Mexico City, 1988) is the author of the poems Singles (RDLPS, 2008), Radio in the chest (Tierra Adentro, 2010) and Konami Code (Literal, 2015). His first novel, Los suburvos (Cuneta, 2015), was voted by the Chilean magazine Lector as the best youth novel and chosen by the newspaper Reforma as one of the best novels of the year. In 2013, he won the Punto de Partida award and was a FONCA scholar. He has collaborated in publications such as Vice, Proceso and Letras Libres. He studied Hispanic Literature at the UNAM.
