Elif Yemenici studied at the Lyceum of Fine Arts of Eskişehir Anadolu. He then graduated from the engraving and stamping section of the Faculty of Fine Arts from the University of Anatolia, and then specialized in the television, cinema and communication branch. He has participated in national and international exhibitions; He has illustrated and has written for books, newspapers and magazines. He continues with his works of illustration, plastic and digital arts in his Istanbul workshop.
