He was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1970. He studied Economic Sciences with a postgraduate degree in Finance at the Federal Fluminense University of Rio de Janeiro. He began his activism as a student in 1990 where he became coordinator of the academic center and university counselor. He joined the Anarchist Group of Direct Action, then Simiente Libertaria and was part of the publishing group of Libera (newsletter of the Center for Libertarian Studies of Rio de Janeiro - CELIP RJ-). Organized and was a speaker at various CELIP RJ activities. He has published in different newspapers of the libertarian movement and exposed the thesis of his first book Power and dominance in the Anarchist Days against capitalist globalization in the framework of the second World Social Forum (2002) in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
