Federico Lara Peinado

Doctor in Ancient History and professor of the specialty at the Complutense University of Madrid, having been archivist of Lleida Provincial Council and professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He is also director of the department of Egyptology "Jose Ramon Melida" of the General Foundation of the Complutense University. His books include Sumerian and Akkadian Myths (1984), Sumerian Hymns (1988), The Sumerian civilization (1989), Babylonian Hymns (1990), The Art of Mesopotamia (1990), Hymn to Eninnu Temple (Trotta, 1996) Code of Hammurabi (1997), fico biographical dictionary of the Ancient World (1998), Mesopotamia (2000), Legends of Ancient Mesopotamia (2002) and the Etruscans. Portico of the history of Rome (2007). Also in the area Egyptology, published Ancient Egypt (1991), Best of Egyptian art (1997) and The Book of the Dead (2006).
