Félix Suárez

He was born in Ixtlahuaca, State of Mexico, in 1961. Poet, essayist and editor. He studied Spanish Literature in the uaem. He was, for more than a decade, coordinator of publications of the imc and founding director of Castálida; founder and editor of the literary magazine La Grapa. Collaborator of Arena, Blanco Móvil, Castálida, El Crodrilo Poeta, El Financiero, La Colmena, La Jornada Semanal, Magazine Universidad de México, Siempre !, and Tierra Adentro. Scholar of the inba, 1982, and of the cte, 1983. Presea Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz 1984. Prize of Young Poetry Elías Nandino 1988 for his book Fights. Jaime Sabines International Poetry Prize 1997 for the book En señal del cuerpo.
