Florina Guadalupe Arredondo Trapero

Research professor in the Department of Philosophy and Ethics of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she also collaborates as a professor and thesis director in the Doctorate in Humanistic Studies.

In addition, it is part of the body of researchers at the School of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences with the theme of Organizational Ethics at the Tecnológico de Monterrey and the National System of Level 1 Researchers.

He has participated in business, institutional, educational and government projects on the subject of ethics in the organizational sphere and culture of legality (INDEX NL RAGASA Group, Infamilia, Ministry of Education, PEMEX, etc.), and in national and international conferences. on the topic of organizational transparency, corporate citizenship, corporate social responsibility, leadership and integrity in organizations, and socially responsible consumption (IESE, EBEN, AME, ACACIA, CICAI, AMET).

He has published research articles in national and international academic journals (Notebooks of Administration, Management Studies, Business and Humanism, Atenea, IARSE, Stakeholders, Venezuelan Magazine of Management, Theory and Praxis, Ideas Concyteg, among others).
