He graduated in Law from the University of Salamanca and won by opposition the Superior category Local Government Secretary. Local Public Law Specialist by the Centre for Municipal Studies and International Cooperation of Granada. Professor, School of Public Administration of Valladolid. He is the author of articles in his specialty, on which he has lectured. He is currently Secretary General Hon. Avila City Council and Secretary of the International Center for Studies Mystics Avila, in 2004 participated in the public presentation of the Fourth ICES Parliament of World Religions held in Barcelona.
