Francisco Sierra Caballero

Francisco Sierra Caballero (Governor, Granada, August 17, 1969) is a Spanish researcher, doctor in Information Sciences and postgraduate in Sociology, Science and Technology. In June 2014 he was appointed general director of the International Center for Advanced Communication Studies for Latin America, CIESPAL.1 He is founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Association of Communication Research and vice president of the Ibero-American Confederation of Scientific Associations and Academics in Communication (CONFIBERCOM).
