Professor of Philosophy at the University of the Balearic Islands. It has been dedicated to, especially modern and contemporary German philosophy, with particular emphasis on issues of philosophical anthropology, ethics, hermeneutics, philosophy of religion and history. He has translated works of L. Feuerbach and Hegel. Among his works include: elusive Presence (1996); Modenidad and crisis of the subject (1998); Morality as law. Study on morality in Hegel's Philosophy of Right (2001); Religion in times of nihilism (2006), and Philosophical Anthropology (2007).
