Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Barcelona and vice president of the Centre for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR). He has been invited to several European and American universities and is the author and editor of numerous articles and books on constitutionalism, democracy and human rights professor. He was also editor, together with Antonio de Cabo of Basic income as a new citizen law (2006) and Foundations of fundamental rights (42009), plus legal editor of pacifism Reasons (2004) of Luigi Ferrajoli.
