Gustavo Martín Garzo

Gustavo Martín Garzo (Valladolid, 1948) has published, among other novels, the language of the sources (1993, National Narrative Prize), Hidden Tide (1993, Miguel Delibes Prize), The Little Heir (1997), The stories of Marta and Fernando (1999, Nadal Prize), The Golden Garden (2008) or And that the sea sleeps (2012). In 2004 he won the National Prize for Children's and Young People's Literature for Three Fairy Tales. His latest book, A House of Words (2013), is a reflection on the wonderful stories. His works have been translated into French, Greek, Danish, Italian, Portuguese and German.
