Jesús Maire Bobes is a doctor in Hispanic Philology and a high school professor. He has published articles in specialized magazines and has participated in different national and international conferences. His latest books in this collection include: Tales from the Middle Ages and the Golden Age (Akal, 2002), Brief Theater from the Middle Ages and the Golden Age (Akal, 2003), Spanish Fables (Akal, 2004) , Spanish stories with a mythological theme (Akal, 2005), Adventures from books of chivalry (Akal, 2007) as well as Jews, Moors and Christians (Akal, 2008). Finally, his adaptations of the classics Tirant lo Blanc (Akal, 2010) and Gilgamesh, the Sumerian (Akal, 2012) for the collection “To discover the classics” are notable.
