José Gimeno Sacristan is Professor of Didactics and School Organization at the University of Valencia. He has taught at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and the University of Salamanca, and visiting other Spanish and foreign universities. In 2010 he was named Doctor Honoris Causa by the University of Málaga. The following year, he received the same recognition from the University of San Luis in Argentina.
