José Luis Rodríguez del Corral

José Luis Rodríguez del Corral (Morón de la Frontera, Seville, 1959) studied Hispanic Philology at the University of Seville before founding, in 1982, the La Roldana university bookstore - dedicated to Humanities and Social Sciences - which he directed until 2003 , year in which he received the XXV La Sonrisa Vertical Award for his novel Call it desire. Subsequently, he published another novel, Atila's Wrath, the literary fantasy La noche de Cipión, or Second Colloquium of Dogs, and the biography Memoria and fable of Manuel Ferrand. Currently he is exclusively dedicated to literature.
