Juan Miñana, narrator. Born in 1959 in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.

Juan Miñana began his literary work very young with the publication in 1979 of the book in Catalan of poetic prose Vespre by Festa Edicions del Mall, S.A. In 1985 he obtained the first and third awards in the "Ciudad de San Sebastián" short story award. At the age of 25, he wrote the novel in a satirical key: La Claque, published in 1986 by the Seix Barral publishing house with which he got the attention of literary critics, and has continued to publish works of fiction and essays in different Spanish publishers. It has been translated into German and French.

Collaborator in the written press and on the radio, and has also reviewed Travel books.
