Juan Pablo Meneses is a writer, chronicler and portable journalist. He is the author of the book Hand luggage (Planet 2003); Sex and power (Planet); The life of a cow (Planet / Seix Barral, finalist of the Seix Barral Chronicles Award); Crónicas Argentinas (Norma) and Hotel España (Norma), distinguished by the Camino del Cid Consortium as one of the best travel literature books published in Spain in 2010. He is founder of the School of Portable Journalism, and directs the newspaper hoyxhoy. His chronicles have been published in 25 countries and translated into five languages.
