Leonardo García Jaramillo. Professor and researcher of the Department of Government and Political Science of the Eafit University (Colombia). He has received scholarships for study and research by the European University Institute of Florence (Italy), the Max Planck Institute of Comparative Public Law and International Law (Germany), the Università degli Studi di Genova (Italy) and the Ministry of Science, Technology E Innovation of Colombia. At present he is a PhD student at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
He has published articles, reviews and translations in books and specialized magazines. Among his books, as an author: judicial and dogmatic activism of the margins of action (2016) and deliberative constitutionalism (2015), and as an academic editor and translator: by a common law for Latin America (from A. v. Bogdandy, 2020) , Democratize dignity. Studies on human dignity and rights (from J. Waldron, with V. Benítez and J. Gallego, 2019), rebuilding Rawls.
