Leonardo Tarifa. Argentine chronicler, editor and literary critic. He lived and worked as a reporter in Barcelona, Budapest, Mexico City, Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires. He was editor of the "Books" section of the magazine Rolling Stone (Argentina), columnist and editor in La Nación (Argentina), chronicler in Gatopardo (Colombia), literary critic in Letras Libres (Mexico) and co-editor of the cultural magazine Él Angel. , from the newspaper Reforma (Mexico). In 2004 he was a fellow of the New Ibero-American Journalism Foundation fnpi, which at that time was directed by Gabriel García Márquez.
His articles have appeared in the Mexican magazines Esquire and SoHo, as well as in the cultural supplement Confabulario, of the newspaper El Universal, among other media. His latest book was chosen by Reforma as one of the best journalistic books published in Mexico in 2013.
