Born in Caracas. PhD in Information and Communication Sciences at the Paris 13 University, Villeaneuse, France. He is currently a professor at the School of Social Communication at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB). He is a regular contributor to the political section of the newspaper El Nacional. Among his published works is "Relieves" by Enrique Bernardo Núñez: 1936, 1937 and 1939, journalistic period of transition.
