In 2006, he started working for human resources management at the Astillero Río Santiago company, where he focused on the prevention of addictions in the workplace, among other activities related to management.

He is currently in charge of the mental health area of ​​Ate (Association of State Workers) and provides his service to all state workers in the Ensenada party. Coordinate and organize experiential workshops in different parts of the country. He gives conferences in which he tackles different problems.
