Lorenza Foschini

Lorenza Foschini was born in Naples in 1949. In addition to writing, she has worked as a journalist and presenter for RAI, where she was a scriptwriter for the documentary series La Piccola Storia. He has been a correspondent of the Vatican, which has allowed him to travel around the world. In 1997 he published the book Misteri di fine millennium (Rizzoli), which earned him the prestigious Scanno Prize. He has translated several unpublished works by Marcel Proust together with Daria Galateria, published with the title Ritorno a Guermantes. In 2008 he published in the small Italian publisher Portaparole El shelter de Proust, translated into more than a dozen languages, recovered by Mondadori in Italy and which has become an editorial event. Currently lives in Rome.
