Lucien Rebatet (Moras-en-Valloire, Drôme, France, November 15, 1903 - id., August 24, 1972) was a French journalist, novelist, essayist and critic, controversial for his anti-Semitism and his collaboration with the Germany of Hitler. His main works are the pamphlet Les Décombres (1942), the novel Les Deux Étendards (1951) and the essay A history of music (Une histoire de la musique, 1969), published in Spain for the first time in 1997.
