Professor at the Complutense University of Madrid, having previously been at the University of León. He graduated in Philosophy at the Complutense University of Madrid and a doctorate at the Free University of Berlin. He has conducted research stays in different centers abroad, especially at the University of Trier, at the Free University of Berlin and the Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich, having also been a Visiting Scholar at Trinity College Dublin and the Department of Philosophy at Harvard University. He has written the book Wahrheit und bei korrespondez Tarski (1992) and numerous articles in Spanish and international reputable journals, as well as various contributions to collective works. He is the author of the reference of proper names (2006), published in this Editorial.
